The six internal and external relations of Kung Fu

techniques of Kung Fu must be harmonious with elegant yet effective in their application.

To achieve this the Masters of Kung Fu in time have developed different methods and training strategies. Including these six reports:

Six "rules" to follow when practicing:

3 External Relations
1. union of hand and foot
2. combination of elbow and knee
3. combination of shoulder and hip

3 Internal Relations
4. union of technique and thought
5. the same mind and Ch'i
6. Ch'i and strength of union

In particular the first three reports are "external" in the sense that dealing with the correct postural alignment, both in stationary and moving positions.

The 3 internal relations are a bit 'more complex to understand and explain (with the risk to give the impression that the concepts of "mystical" when in fact they are practical concepts).
Here too
not describe why these concepts to understand the operation of certain mechanisms, both internal and external, is needed practice in the gym.

In the practice of Tai Chi Chuan you have (or at least trying!) to abide by these reports, so be aware of your body in space for costriure the right frame.

A capacity necessary to improve the practice of Kung Fu.

Ovarian Cyst Snot Like Mucus

What is Tai Chi Chuan?

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art, based on softness and relaxation, rather than on muscle strength and rigidity.

Together with the Pa Kua Chan (Ba Gua Zhang) and the Hsing I Chuan (Xing Yi Quan), Tai Chi Chuan falls into the category of internal styles of Kung Fu.

Tai Chi is divided into different styles , the best known and practiced in the West are the style Yang and Chen style. In this course we practice the style of tai chi Yang Family .

The main feature of the Yang style is to run in the form slowly and continuously, as if it were an exercise of Chi Kung.

The slow-running techniques promotes muscle relaxation and allows the mind to control every movement and sensation that the body sends us, bringing to full consciousness: that is why Tai Chi is also "moving meditation".

reaching the mastery of technical skill and mental , exercises a couple of Tui Shou (pushing hands) direct us to a first application of techniques learned in the martial art form only: At this point the execution speed increases Gradually, the exercises are gaining more freedom and improvisation, thus becoming Shou Shan (disperse hands), the actual combat.

What is Push Hands? Tai Chi Chuan

Tui Shou also called "push hands " or "Pushing Hands" is, according to wikipedia:

a technique of Tai Chi Chuan, which is an introduction to martial arts practice and its strategy. Practiced in pairs, used to develop stability, sensitivity, responsiveness, sense of distance, timing, teaches managing aggression and thus gain a greater inner balance.
The two athletes try to unbalance the opponent's strength, but by maintaining continuous contact with your forearms and hands, respond to the pressures giving the opponent until one of them feels the other in a state of precarious balance and apply the little effort to unbalance.
